Cancel ticket

If your ticket has cancellation insurance the journey can be cancelled up until 2 hours before departure. Cancellation insurance have to be bought together with the ticket. 

Fill inn your booking- and phone number (remember country code) below in order to cancel your ticket. 

Cancelling tickets 

  • If more than one person is travelling, you can choose which people to remove from the booking. 
  • If you have booked a trip that includes one or more connections, the entire trip will be cancelled.
  • Cancellation insurance premiums will not be refunded.
  • It is not possible to add cancellation insurance to an existing booking.
  • Tickets purchased via bus4you.se can be cancelled at bus4you.se and tickets purchased via vybuss.com can be cancelled at vybuss.com.

Change tickets

  • You can change your ticket until two hours prior to departure.
  • Cancellation insurance allows you to amend your ticket once without incurring any change fees (NOK 39). The difference in price between your old and new tickets will be due.
  • If you do not have cancellation insurance for your booking, then a change fee of NOK 39 per ticket will be due when making amendments, in addition to the difference in price between your old and new tickets.
  • If you would like to amend a ticket via our customer service centre, there will be an additional service fee due. Changes must be made during customer service centre opening hours which are Monday-Friday 08:30-15:30.
  • If you have a seat reservation on an existing booking, this will not be transferred to any amended bookings.
